Description:  This is a just a plain cage.  Most people prefer to put wooden ledges in the cage to give the chinchillas a perch to jump to.  The floor is chinchilla-safe 1/2" x 1/2" wire mesh.  The top and sides is 1" x 1/2" wire.

Ledges for the cage can be bolted on from either one end, one side or both to add rigidity to the corners of the cage.  Please specify that you want a "corner ledges" when purchasing a cage so you will receive the proper ledges.
